"Be Still & Listen More" is Gerren's resolution to spend more time contemplating the meaningful parts of life. It's nearly impossible to tune out the ginormous media/technology monster these days. Yet Gerren is putting the call out to all of us to spend some time centering ourselves. It takes skills to use the same 6 letters for two important words.
